Parent Workshop: A Rapid Method of Toilet Training in Children with Autism

This presentation is geared towards parents who have a child with autism and are looking for strategies on how to toilet train their child. Dr. Lapin will walk families through a rapid method of toilet training children with autism. She will be presenting video models and specific instructions to help you prepare to conduct the intervention on your own!

Dr. Carly Lapin, Ph.D, BCBA-D is the director of outreach for The Place for Children with Autism. The Place for Children provides full day ABA therapy in a school-like environment for children ages 2-6. The Place has 12 locations in Illinois. Carly obtained her Ph.D in behavior analysis and has conducted research on toilet training and autism using the specific method which will be discussed at the workshop.
