Our full day therapeutic program for children with autism provides one-on-one support, a structured learning environment, extra-curricular activities, and social skills groups.
Our autism therapy services include:
Developing Motor Skills
Increasing Communication and Language Skills
Developing Independent Living Skills (potty training, etc.)
Improving Social Skills
Building Executive Functioning Skills
School Readiness
We work on the vital skills necessary to ensure children are successful when they transition from our program to school, and work on improving behaviors that may interfere with learning. For Spanish-speaking families, we provide Spanish language services, including translation services. The Place also provides parent and caregiver support and training.
With several autism centers for children in the greater Chicago area, and more opening throughout Illinois, our goal is to build on the foundation of your child’s success by helping them gain independence and preparing them with school readiness skills. Each child’s autism treatment is tailored to meet their specific needs and delivered in a one-on-one setting by a certified ABA therapist (RBT).
