Mitigation Procedures

Distanced Service Model

Children’s interactions are limited to their one-on-one therapist (who are equipped with PPE) within their designated areas. Capacity is limited to 100 square feet per child, children do not share space throughout the day.

Updated Sick Policy

Primary and secondary list of COVID related symptoms require families and staff to stay home for up to 10 days + 24 hours since symptoms disappeared without the help of medication. Exposure to a confirmed case requires 14 days from exposure.

Daily Self-Certification

Families and staff are required to provide daily information that they do not have symptoms, have not been exposed to any confirmed cases of COVID and have not travelled in order to enter the center.

Notifications

Families and staff will be notified in the event of any positive COVID-19 cases at their center. A thorough contact tracing process will occur and we will provide regular updates regarding protocols.

Our services are essential to many families. We have taken steps to put safety first & our team is following state and CDC recommendations.

In addition we are administering multiple levels of sanitization, including but not limited to: regular sanitization and disenfectant of high touch point areas throughout the day, daily cleaning and sanitization by professional cleaners, daily fogging of each center, and a check-out system for toys with sanitization per child use.
