How Enrollment Works at The Place for Children with Autism

1. Getting in Touch — You do not need any special paperwork or complicated information to start a conversation with us. Our staff members are trained to guide you through the process. Simply fill out our short enrollment form and one of our representatives will reach out to you. Filling out the form in no way obligates you to enroll. We are happy to answer questions or provide a tour of one of our centers.

Going Over the Basics

2. Going Over the Basics — Once you have sent us your contact information, a representative will give you a call. They will ask you a few basic questions, starting with whether your child has been evaluated for autism. If you suspect your child has autism, but they have not been formally evaluated, we will help you find a qualified specialist. You will also be able to ask any questions you might have about our program.

3. Covering the Cost We may also ask about health insurance to ensure ABA therapy is covered under your plan. If your insurance does not cover therapy, we can help you enroll in a private insurance plan that will. If your insurance costs are too high, we have options to help reduce the costs. To help cover the cost, our team proactively seeks grants and financial assistance opportunities for every family who enters our program. Our goal is to remove obstacles that would otherwise prevent children with autism from getting care, allowing families to focus on their child’s needs.

Create a Therapy Plan

4. Creating a Therapy Plan — Once your child is enrolled, we will work closely with you and your family to create an individualized therapy plan for your child.
