Grants and Financial Support Services
Even with insurance, many families need additional help covering the cost of ABA therapy. Our Family Support Services (FSS) team is dedicated to connecting families with grant programs and financial aid, so cost is never a barrier to a child getting the care they need.
How It Works
Our billing team performs a benefit check for every family seeking services to determine out-of-pocket expenses. From there, a member of our team walks you through your options, meets with you through our FSS team, identifies every grant your family may be eligible for, and sets up a flexible payment plan if needed.
Translation Support Services
Language should never be a barrier to accessing care, asking questions, or participating in your child’s journey. We offer professional interpretation services in more than 15 languages, available from your first conversation through intake, parent trainings, and ongoing communication with your child’s care team.
We equip our BCBAs, Center Managers, and family-facing staff with these tools so that every family has access to clear communication and meaningful partnership in care.

Monthly parent training, individualized guidance, and ongoing communication keep families confident and connected to their child’s progress at home and in the community.
Data-Driven, Continuously Adjusted Care
Progress is tracked daily. Every goal and every session is monitored by your child’s BCBA, with formal reassessments every six months to keep care aligned with your child’s current level.
Holistic, Integrated Support
Speech therapy is available on-site through The Place for Speech. We also coordinate with OTs, PTs, and other outside specialists, so your child’s care stays connected.
