Juggling Show & Pizza Party @ Urbana: The Place for Children with Autism

Come enjoy a fun day at The Place for Children with Autism (Urbana location). We will have a juggling act, pizza, and beverages. This event is free, for all ages, and a fun way to bring together the community to celebrate the summer time and autism acceptance.

The Place for Children with Autism provides autism therapy for children ages 2-6 in a school like setting. The Place provides therapy but in model that resembles a school setting with circle time, music, art, dance and a variety of other social activities. The Place specializes in increasing communication, social skills, independent living skills, and reducing challenging behavior.

Instructions for entering the Urbana location:

• Access the southeast entrance (facing Illinois street). There are two entrances on that side of the building, it is the entrance with the PASS signage outside on the gate.
• Take the elevator inside the entrance down to the lower level, follow the hallway all the way down to our suite.
