Free Workshop by The Place for Children with Autism & RCADD
The Place for Children with Autism and The Resource Center for Autism and Developmental Delays (RCADD) have partnered together to bring the community a free workshop about navigating the IEP process.
This workshop is designed to teach families strategies for understanding and participating in the IEP process.
Participants will learn:
- Your rights as a parent/guardian
- Information about timelines, the IEP meeting, and the IEP document
- Information from Procedural Safeguards
- Tips on communicating with the school team to advocate for your child
