CHICAGO, IL — November 19, 2024 – The Place for Children with Autism, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the spectrum, announces the grand opening of a new center in Oak Lawn, IL. The new center follows the same model as previous locations currently in operation throughout the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs and officially opened its doors in October 2024.
The opening of the center is the result of requests from and collaboration with parents in the community who are seeking an alternative to public schooling that is inclusive to their children’s needs. The center is located at 9400 S. Cicero Ave with convenient access to public transportation, plenty of parking, and many restaurants and retailers. This new location features seven classrooms, an activities area, and a sensory & motor gym.
