ABA therapy in Portage Park
The Place for Children with Autism in Portage Park, Chicago offers ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 in a preschool-like setting. The goal is to increase communication skills, social skills, independent living skills (i.e., toilet training, etc.), and reduce challenging behaviors that interfere with learning. In addition, we work on the vital prerequisite skills to ensure children are successful when they transition to school with the overarching goal being eventual mainstreaming into general education classrooms.
