Job: Regional Clinical Supervisor
Job Description:
The primary function of the Regional Clinical Supervisor is to provide support to the Chief Clinical Officer by managing and overseeing clinical staff at assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee assigned region consisting of 5-6 BCBAs
- Assist with training and support of BCBAs
- Manage assigned BCBAs to ensure productivity and clinical goals are met across all clinical roles within the center
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance measures across BCBAs
- Guide the initial stages of new center development by means of facilities setup, training oversight, case management and clinical oversight
- Attend and/or lead monthly BCBA meetings to discuss training needs
- Attend weekly meetings with Chief Clinical Officer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BCBA with at least one-year employment with The Place for Children with Autism (or equivalent experience) and in good standing
- Established track record of leadership, specifically in the development and training of clinical staff
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience as BCBA supervisor preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- This is a full time, exempt, salaried position
- Initial increase in salary upon promotion
